After working at several big-name national brokerages, I wanted the freedom to build a brand that reflects my values: personalized service, attention to detail, and a hands-on approach. About Evelyn
Real estate has been my passion since I was 11 years old, and I became a broker at just 21. Over my 15 years in the industry, I’ve worked in four states, gaining a wealth of experience in residential sales, property management, and investor relations. Michigan is now my forever home, and I’m proud to call Ann Arbor the base for NestEgg Properties.
I’m deeply involved in my professional community, serving as Vice Chair of the Governmental Affairs Committee for my local REALTOR® association. In this role, I advocate for policies that support homeownership and help elect candidates who prioritize property owner interests. I also serve on the Grievance Committee, where I uphold the REALTOR® Code of Ethics, ensuring members maintain the highest professional standards.
